yesterday we went to visit a very special ecologic “vegetable garden” in berlin. there, who take care of the garden are people with “special needing”. they not just take care of the plants, but they also study there, having after some time a certification as gardner.
we bought some herbs, marmalades and a dandelion sirup for saturday
just before we went there, we visited a friend who gave us a self made bear leek pesto, a very good olive oil from his friend farm in italy and cheese from portugal. we will be happy to share this with you too
